How to Get it to Work?

1) Is Microsoft Service Pack 2 installed?
2) Get latest drivers --> http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/downl ... ntid=10824
3) Get the latest .Net Framework -->
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... layLang=en

If this doesn't work, try
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... layLang=en

4) start your CS:S with the option "-condebug" (without the quotes). Right click the game in steam, select properties and then set launch options. -->



5) Now make sure "Echovoice G15..." is not running by pressing "Ctrl Alt Del" and going to processes, end it if it is running.

6) Reboot!

7) At last, after reboot, go to the installationfolder and start the .exe manually.

DO NOT START FROM THE START MENU!!

All Done!

Great instruction. Though most of this will become useless in the future
(like e.g. the "-condebug" will be added automatically when you have Echovoice installed).

After installing the new updated .net framework it still tells me i must have latest framework installed. Now that i think of it, does this work if you don't have one of those fnacy keyboards will it show on screen or no?

haha, for now it only works with the fancy keyboard, get one! anyways contact, via pm, XxXFaNtA, his works without the keyboard

actually i haven't merged the database from our last lan with the new website, once i get the event posted i will add them and send out emails, but just get them to register and ill add them to the list

I found the problem guys...

The link for the .net framework is the wrong one..

I tried to download it for like 5 times and tried everything but it just didn't help...

So i was walking through the windows site and found this .net framework packet

I First I uninstalled the version I had installed on my computer and installed this new version.. Now i haven't got the problem and echovoice works fine for me now..

I hope you guys are going the change the link because the problem really sucked

Yeah i had the same issue with a person yesterday.
He said, he had a new .Net Framework Version, but it wasn't new enough

well it should work fine if you just download the application from:

http://g15.echovoice.com

install

I blocked my computers update because I really don't like SP2.

Why you don't like SP2?

I know that there had been something long time ago when they released it and games didn't work with it, but it works fine now.

You don't need SP2 if you can get the latest Net Framework also for SP1

I actually don't have much against it, but I know someone (the person wich installed my computer). He said it slowed down everything(internet/computer in general).
